The Ness Botanic Gardens were created as a result of Arthur Kilpin Bulleys' passion for plants. Started in 1898, this is now one of the most important botanic gardens in the UK. The main highlights of the gardens include the water garden, the laburnum arch, the heather garden, rock garden, rose garden and the beautiful rhododendrons.
